I didn't know what to expect, and was kind of bummed not to see Guts or Legends of the Hidden Temple, but this was absolute gold and I can't wait for another. Both on Jimmy and Jake's funny bantering, as well as the editing (shoutout Zack for always killing it!).
Idk, Legends is kind of lame because they rigged the games. It doesn't really hold up super well because of that.

Lower East Side is my favorite neighborhood to explore. There is a huge variety of neighborhoods, each with long and diverse histories, all right up against each other.

I'm from NYC but I live in MA now. My wife and I LOVE playing NYC tourguide. Used to do it a lot for college friends. We recently got our first chance in years to do it as 2 other families came to NYC and spent a few days with us last Christmas.
They wanted pizza in the Times Square area. Luckily, the only good pizza in Times Square and the only restaurant in Times Square that can handle a dozen people without too much notice are the same place. John's of Bleeker Street's Times Square location. My wife and I seriously considered getting married there, but it was too expensive.
I live in Los Angeles "where nobody leaves" - but I've been to New York. It's a LOT of fun...this makes me miss it. I'd love to go back.....if I could escape from Los Angeles.
Hey, you got just "Ben" from the Ben's Pizza sign. Best typical NYC slice in the neighborhood.
John's is totally different. Coal oven pizza and VERY good. Until the Clean Air Act, that was typical NYC pizza and John's is a very good one. But now that coal ovens are harder to find, typical NYC pizza is made in a gas oven and Ben's is the best of that type in the neighborhood.
Best gas oven pizza in NYC (maybe the best pizza of any type anywhere) is DiFara. But it is in the middle of nowhere in Brooklyn.

If you're a genuine NYC and/or history nerd, I can't recommend @ tomdnyc's videos enough. He does silly but informative walking tour-type videos all throughout the city (except Staten Island, because . . . Staten Island), as well as a weekly live comedy show in the LES.
