Our cute little Malshi Dog (Maltese Shih Tzu mix) was starting to get a yellow and grey stain on her coat. We do all our Dog Grooming at home, so I figured we'd try using some Dog Whitening Shampoo during the weekly grooming routine. As you can see in the video, the whitening results are really good for our Malshi Dogs first wash.

When applying the whitening shampoo apply it first to the stained areas. With WookiDog, I apply it on her feet and then spread it around into a lather. If I start by applying to the leg and lather it spreading to the foot then it won't be as effective. The pigment is what gives the illusion of whitening the area, making a lather that you spread out just dilutes it.
What is the name of shampoo
It's a great result, a super white glow lol A week later and I'm noticing that the super white look has faded. Her feet are still clean looking and the worst of the yellow stains are still gone. She might have a slight grey tint, maybe... But thats me being super picky trying to look for faults with the product. Either way, it seems like Whitening Shampoo is a good way to remove the stained look on our Malshi Dogs coat.

how often we should use it. once a month or twice a month. what do you recommend.
@@jayk5227 I'd assume so, it can be bought in bulk. But you can see what you can buy locally, i'd suggest buying a small amount of any product for a test (what ever you get) All dogs can react differently to shampoo's, they all have varying skin pH.
@@jayk5227 Personally i only wash my WookiDog once a month unless she has been playing in the mud. I'm considering having a general shampoo and then just using the whitening shampoo when she needs it.

Maybe you should look for no sulfates fast hair growth shampoo.

Petway Wicked White. Also Lillian Ruff Berry Blue Brightening has really good reviews online. All dogs coats are different so i'd suggest buying a small amount to test before a bulk order.
