Mikey Pipes, I’m on day 10 of no heat or hot water thanks to a failed heat exchanger in my NCB240. My contractor took all my money and has left me out in the cold 🥶. The nameless company denied the warranty claim because of a missing photo of vent termination. Made my contractor start over with the claim and keeps saying they never resubmitted anything. So it’s a they said he said we said and I’m the only one losing….

I just don’t know what you mean the boiler was feeding in the first sentence and then the boiler was still running because the wiring in the LWCO was connecting the fan ?or G terminal? What does that mean?

Well you are expensive, but you find important things like that miswired low water cutoff which could have serious consequences. And you had the parts needed to fix the system, and did a combustion analysis. The thing is, plenty of hacks are expensive too, but when you do the job it is done properly. So yeah if I was in your service area you would be the one I would call.
Man I hate when people loose heat in sub zero temperatures 😢 sucks for them but also sucks for us getting out of a nice warm bed 😂😂😂 laughing when you was driving to the service call my first thought was probably a thermal couple.. this is been one of them years when you get out of the van you automatically stick a thermal couple in your pocket😂😂 it’s funny how some heating seasons you’ll only put in a handful of thermocouples and some years like this year. It seems like every no heat service call is a weak or defective thermal couple weird how it works. ( edited fur a bunch of spell boo boos😮 2:30 in the morning 🤷🏻♂️ not even going to undress again just crash on the couch till the phone rings again…🤦♂️
