Take to the skies for a breathtaking, rarely-seen view of our country.
I have lived all my life on Vancouver Island. I have traveled the world and never found a place that I would consider living in. I love this place so much.
I agree but New Zealand
Alert Bay, Port McNeill, Port Hardy....totally ignored my town right in the middle of those three. Thanks, dodged another bullet. We love our isolation.
I visited a lot of these places and enjoyed a whale tour onboard that very boat from Telegraph Cove back in 2006. Vancouver Island is the place I would like to live the rest of my life, totally love it. It's good to have dreams..
i have been taking my daughter here whale watching since she was six years old , not surprising my daughter has been taking fisheries and aquaculture at the university in nanaimo and graduates this year , and will be seeking employment in this industry. i recommend to all parents to visit telegraph cove with their kids , you won't be disappointed.
As we have come to expect, this is a professional presentation throughout. We love the mix of "interviews", cultural aspects, non-intrusive background music and sparse narration. This program ought to be shown in Europe, Germans in particular love raw nature.
Vivian, many, many years ago I stayed at your lodging in Alert Bay. I have been back many times, as it is one of the most beautiful places I've ever traveled to.
Fabulous video! Thank you
Spectacular scenery! 👌
You'll love the Haida Gwaii episode, then.
300km from my living room. i will visit it one of these days.

Most of Europe, if you back far enough to pre christian times, believed in very similar ideologies as the native American cultures.
I teresting video but you missed to much. I could make a very long list. Anyone who has lived in this area would tell you the same thing.
Makes me feel awful to think what the government did to the Indians for no good reason !
There not making much better decisions these days either are they !
