HI Everyone! We are enjoying some warm extra days of autumn! I hope you are able to be out and about soaking in these last gorgeous days to paint outdoors. In this video I share plein air painting this spectacular set of trees basking in the sun. I was going to call this video "October Fireworks" or "The Showoff" but I thought I would keep it simple~
In this video I share how I go about developing a painting through a sketch, then blocking in the basics and working towards the end keeping all other subjects in the scene quiet, thereby allowing the center of the show to receive full focus.
