When you realize it's you who's in the way of your own progress it hits you like a train, yesterday I had a moth on my kitchen window fluttering it's wings to get out, I washed the dishes, cooked, did all the chores and more, it's still there a little weaker ,same spot, even though there are lots of windows open, I realized I've been that moth for years,
Thought i was a butterfly still in my cocoon but maybe not. Hmmm a moth...

I'm a Nigeria, i have always desire to encourage people out there, i have experience challenges that almost took my life many times
And I want to encourage everyone out there to be strong like you are doing,
Words are locked up inside of me to speak to the souls and spirit of people.
I started a CZcams channel Last week with just three vidoes, yet i feel there is more,
I wanted to base more on mental health but i don't how to get what is in my heart to the world.
