I applaud the comment you left on the NPR video. Bold and respectable
Yes!!
I am finally watching this and thank you Chris for reporting via online feed. I send you Love and Healing Light vibes and support for your Physical/Emotional Health and WellBeing! It is so hard to make any movement at all when feeling exhausted, so Thank You for being Present and Willing to Talk and Listen, that's huge in my book! ✌💓🙏🌠🌌
Chris, thanks so much for doing this. I wish you complete recovery from your health issues. Do take good care of yourself. You provide so much for the community.
Thank you Chris, your work is very much appreciated. Feel better!
i loved how casual this video felt! also i would love to see you do a video with an astrologer who was a sceptic turned astrologer, especially one that was researching to dis prove it. I hope your health gets better so you can make it to the conference next year!
So great to hear all the book store history in addition to hearing about the conference!
Sending Thanks and Regards to you! Thank you for doing this critique. I plan to attend virtually- next year- finances are recovering! (You might prosper if you had a little old Saturn grandmother archetype to make you teas and cook you soup =) Namaste, kind Teacher!
I'm curious about the date of that NPR piece. I'd like to see an NPR science reporter covering one of the largest gatherings of professional astrologers in the country. Why wouldn't this be news, even as a casual interest piece?
Watching the replay. Thanks for doing this, Chris!
Sorry you’re not feeling 💯 Feel better soon Chris!
Thank you Chris So appreciate you I hope that you feel well soon. How is Austin and is he able to share his baby news
Austin is doing well and will be joining me to record the June forecast episode next week!
And the fact that Anya Taylor-Joy has 3 citizenships (Argentina, UK and US) I think it really colors that Mercury-Jupiter trine with Mercury in it's joy in the 1st and Jupiter in the 9th... Also the ruler of the 4th being the Sun in the 12th it's really really interesting 'cause she was born in Miami during her parents vacations and then 2 weeks later they went to live in Argentina, which is her father's homeland, until she was 6 when they moved to London. So cool because in that case her parents are symbolized by the Sun (I believe especially the father, it's a day chart) and the 12th house would be the 9th derived from the 4th.
I was looking that up these days cause she said in that interview that she's almost a triple aries but in fact she's actually an aries stellium with 4 planets and the north node so how cool
south node actually! lol sorry
Hi Chris! Not sure if this is the right place to let you know, but Andrew Garfield (a Pisces rising) has his Moon (ruler of his fifth) at 0 degrees in his 12th and he's apparently dating a spiritual advisor, Dr. Kate Tomas. Could that point to the Pluto transit? (He's 40 so in a fifth house year)
I don't really feel like it is my place to speculate, but I'm super happy for both of them! I wonder if she is the reason for his interest in astrology, or if that already existed prior to their relationship?
@@TheAstrologyPodcast From interviews I believe he's been into astrology a long time, but I'm not sure how long he's known her for. The characters he plays are usually very spiritual characters and he talks about spirituality a lot in his interviews. He has Neptune conjunct his MC too.
Hello! Maybe it's not the appropiate place to ask this, I'm just looking for the last release video of my favorite podcast❤. I'm having a hard time harmonizing the different criteria about the elements in the different traditions of astrology. I am very much into horary astrology but also I am very much into natal astrology and in this realm I use the Hellenistic criteria. But the elements rationale in Hellenistic are way different from the Medieval rationale, and i want to stablish a clear criteria. Could somebody recommend different texts about this subject? Thanks!
I talk about it a bit in my book, but honestly there isn't much else I can direct you to outside of that, because I think I was one of the first people to talk about that issue in the tradition more openly in recent times. Since then I've tried to integrate the original Stoic and Hermetic rationale for the elements into things like the series of episodes I did on the signs of the zodiac on the podcast last year, but I'm not aware of other contemporary treatments like that. Most later traditional astrologers just take the later Medieval approach for granted, and assume that it has always been that way. Few astrologers are aware of or have tried to come to terms with the issue. So, it is something that is up to us if we want to be the first astrologers to revive the older traditions.
@@TheAstrologyPodcast Thanks for your answer! I decided to use weather horary questions to try to work it out. The most annoying difference between stoic and aristotelian rationale (i think) is in the air element (cold in Hellenistic, hot and moist in almost all horary sources i have access to). Thanks again, any suggestions are welcome!
