Time is right. If human history was one hour, it would only be in the final one thirtieth of a second where it has become "normal" for (Western) girls not to have sex until 5-6 years after nature has equipped them for it. It is an artificial imposition of civilisation due entirely to modern Western economics. For girls with rampant hormones, it must be like having a driving licence and not being able to drive until 5-6 years after passing your test. In most parts of the world, being married and pregnant at 14 is quite normal.
