Man, it would be great if we could still see the easter eggs from OW1 that were map exclusive. Not many people will go out of their way to go into custom games to play the old maps.

@@megadrivecar_ this map existed in overwatch 1 along with many others for the 2cp (2 capture point) game mode. Due to complaints and issues with the maps, blizzard removed the mode and the maps along it. They are available, but only when you willingly do it on a custom game

@@nfornishi If only Blizzard put in the EFFORT to remake them so they could work for other gamemodes instead of just removing content since that's basically what they did when the game launched, there was more content removed than content added.

Also if you equip the Hanzo wolf skin, any voiceline that has the word dragon in it changes into wolf

Just having the most intense battle. It's 1v5, and as you look into the distance, you just see a giant robot killing it in the city streets.
The Zenyatta "Zealot" skin and its variant change the "Peace and Blessings" quote to say "Curses and madness be upon you all."
A bunch of skins have altered voice lines depending on the skin. Hanzo's wolf skins, Zen's zealot, Ana's cyborg are a couple.
Played Volskaya thousands of times back in OW1 and never paid attention to the dancing robot.

Mr Glitchbot also talks about Winton Overwat and I think it’s amazing. I don’t know if there are conditions other than there being a Winston
For the Halo fans, Glitchbot is voiced by the same guy who voiced Fred-104 in Halo 5, as well as Jul M'Dama.

Those actually aren't robots on Volskya. They're human piloted mechs called Svetagors. This means a guy in there is goofing off while on the job (I may have butchered the names, but yeah.)
The Russians HATE omnics almost as much as the Australians, so that's why they use mechs.
Here's a sad fact some players are over obsessed with cosmetics instead of focusing on the gameplay it's really sad.
Too bad we dont have that map anymore.

I still can’t believe they made a Mei recolour, slapped a Santa hat on it and said it’s a legendary. Like good thing they added some tiny details to make it somewhat redeemable. But for real that’s gotta be one of the worst skins in Overwatch history

Why is the last map not on QP or competitive?
Because the entire game mode and every map included in it, is now arcade only, it was in QP back in OW1
