- Hyper-realistic graphics

I feel the exact same way. I adore John and I'm worried about him when he doesn't post and I want to be his friend and I care really a lot about him and feel creepy 😂 but I fall asleep every night listening to one of his play lists because he has so many. When I started following last year he was at around 350k followers so I'm glad he's gotten over 500k now. He deserves all the subscribers.

You know what I think is really funny, I'm pretty sure John played this originally with very low expectations of the game. Just from the look it should just be a crappy quick flip game to make someone some quick money. Instead we have a decent mobile puzzle game that gets steady updates to keep it fresh...

I'm also pretty sure he got truly invested in the game once he found out you were actually allowed to shoot granny. Granted with a traq gun. But still. I think he even said it himself that the game got 80% better once he found the traq gun
I love how much of an emotional rollercoaster this series is. Episode one, John says he's probably not gonna go back to it. Part 2, he's definitely not going back to it. Part 3, he's absolutely never playing it again. Part 4, he gives into the madness and admits he'll probably play it again when it gets a major update. Now part 5, he regains his senses and once again stands firm with his original stance. That he's probably not gonna play it again :P

Actually, I've heard of cars where you fill the gas in the trunk area- it's a kind of old car and no other car like those are around today (at least I think).
The only cars that would have you putting gas in the trunk area that I can think of are cars built for drag racing, or even pro street builds. That car looks to be 50ish. By then cars had the gas plug feature.

I worked at a gas station for a bit. One day an old man with this dinosaur like car pulled up. Gas tank was in the trunk.

I also like how the Devs are adding more stuff and are still working on things. I like that it added a bit of lore
I really appreciate the bit at the beginning John. I made a game a few years ago that Jim Sterling did a bit on and while he didn't directly say anything was a pre-purchased, it was around that time where people were really itching to point that sort of thing out and lots of people ended up accusing me of using bought assets, which I did not. No one ever stepped up to dispel those accusations or verify that they were original though and it always rubbed me the wrong way.

This is my favourite series John has done. Then again I may be biased because this was one of the first series of his I watched after finding his channel due to wanting to watch someone get the ending to Welcome Two The Game.
