This masseria with trulli is set in the Apulian countryside between Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca, 15 km from the sea. The buildings (roughly 260 sqm in total) house a total of seven bedrooms, six of which are reserved for the guests and one for the owners. The outdoor spaces include a beautiful stone-paved courtyard ideal for events and a garden crossed by walkways leading to the 12 × 8 m swimming pool that recalls the shape of a natural lake.

This was just a wonderful treat! This is a type of property and region I would have never known about without Danilo taking us there. I also really appreciated all the background information about the region and the nearby town: even from a marketing angle, this is so wise and so important to do - I would guess that a person must fall in love with the area/region before considering a house there.... This time you really spent some time on those details, and I played it through three times, it was so informative and enjoyable. The drone video over the shore, the landscape, and Celie Messapica was all stunning, and really gives the viewer who has never been there a real feeling for the atmosphere of the region. You outdid yourselves this time!
I found myself laughing when Danilo climbed the trulli as he did last time - he just loves to get up there. At least this time there were no strong winds - last time I could imagine the cinematographer saying, "You want me to shoot you from WHERE? Are you crazy?"' LOL I was afraid that our man would blow away. Here, as always, Danilo has all the animals sensing his wonderful heart and flirting with him, and we all love that part!
The farm is really lovely and is such a unique property, and I'm grateful to have the opportunity to see it and learn about it through this wonderful video. The collection of antiques and religious and ethnic art that the owners have collected, could be its own video! How interesting. Thank you Romolini and Danilo, as always. :)

If I remember correctly, >10 years ago, a popular TV programme in UK “Grand Designs” (host: Kevin McCloud) featured an expatriate UK couple who built successfully a room-and-board artistic colony in Apulia. Of course, their beautiful property is not as massive and luxurious as this one here.

The property is pristine, its history is marvelous and timeless. The exterior is extraordinary I am in awe, there are no words to describe the grounds and countryside. The stonework of the structures and courtyard is EVERYTHING!!! The white walls throughout add a lustrous vibe. Favorite spaces are the pool, the library, the sitting room with fireplace, the oldest trullo very comfy. Wherefore art thou Romeo..LOL he's adorable! Thanks for the tour Danilo and your team...it was fun!

In 1901 my great grandfather Archangelo Schiraldi, and his wife Teresa Sorvino immigrated to the united states and moved directly to the Lower East Village in Manhattan. Three years later in 1904 my father's father, my grandfather, Rocco Schiraldi was born. Both my great grandfather and my great grandmother were from Puglia. Though I do not believe they lived in such a magnificent home. In fact, I know they didn't, because when they arrived to Ellis Island they only had $16 between them. Then in the 1920's after many years of hard work they moved to Connecticut. I know there are chocolatiers in Bari named Schiraldi and I hope to one day visit there and find some of my relatives. If anyone recognizes the last name please feel free to say hello. I've been selling luxury real estate in NYC for the past 20 years so I have a great appreciation of your videos. Keep up the amazing work Danilo. I always look forward to seeing your spectacular properties. Who knows, maybe one day you will be selling me one.

Magnificent swimming pool and enchanting gardens, the place is simply superb. The domed roofs resemble those of the Abbaye de Fontevraud in France, I find it so beautiful! You should sell quickly, the price is very correct. Good luck Danilo 👍🌹😘

I love the walkways, gardens, orchard, pool-whirlpool area, spa.... The whole property looks enchanting especially at night.
