Showing the messy failures are MORE important than the clean successes. The problem solving that comes after is where we can really learn from you. Bonus, you end up with more credibility and trust since you are willing to let transparency overcome ego. Thanks homie!!

OMG this just explained why I fail so many obstacles in slick conditions. I have been holding the throttle open too long and trying to feather the clutch mid-obstacle to try and manage the traction to the rear wheel. sometimes I get it right, but often it spins out. This deliver/collect is a perfect way to conceptualise it.

Your a very good teacher. Explaining the almost unexplainable and not too embarrassed to show the slip ups. Agree with everything you've said . Even the things I didn't know I was doing sure enough after your explanation I realise that's how it's done. Yeah good show

Totally amazing how you are gelling on that bike. The TBI must fit your style just right. You're good on any bike, but there is just a little more confidence I'm sensing and wow it's a noticeable visual and audible difference. Great tips...You are helping so many riders and you also help to keep our sport moving forward!!! Much appreciated.

great info ! especially regarding leaving the clutch out . i recently did a trials training day with Toby Martin, we were practicing a greasy twisty hill climb, and his main point of approach was to leave the clutch out if it to keep everything smooth. we all struggled , so he made a point of riding up it one handed without the clutch !😂 love these pointers man, keep 'em coming !

Just awesome tutelage. Next riding thoughts for me are to fully engage clutch and maintain momentum. Last ride i was riding with the clutch on the engagement point and kept spinning my tire on difficult climbs. Made it hard to maintain balance. Thanks Rich.

I can relate to that. In a long riverbed I eventually lose the ability to pull the clutch, so I am very nicely forced into all that "just keep going" thing. Although stopping can be a bit of a pain sometimes.
Speaking of, @IRCTireUSAMoto Rich, you did a series on in-garage training. Can you do one on off-bike training too? Are there any shortcuts or secrets? Or do we just ride for as long as we can, and with time that "long" will get longer on its own?

First and foremost, incredible videos and thank you for giving back to other riders. Ive learned so much from following your vidoes. As a current Beta 300rr riders, can you do a bike review on your Husqvarna TE300 now that you have been riding it for a while. Ive been debating trading the Beta for one and would like to hear your comments and perhaps even comparing it to your Betas.
