I have used coco powder in this recipe, melted chocolate is not needed for this recipe. If you want to make it with chocolate then you can search my milk chocolate brownies recipe.

Yes these can be baked in a pyrex dish too. Baking time may vary a little.

Hello. I ll definetly try your recipe, can you tell me that if i want to bake this in Gas oven, toh kis temperature per bake karna hoga or kitni dair k liye ?
Aur agar gas oven main bana rahe hain tab bhi woh step follow karna hoga kya jo apne brownie ko bahar nikal k tap tap kia? Agar karna hai to kitni dair gas oven main bake karne k bad karna hai or phir dubarah kitni dair k liye oven main rakhna hai?

You can bake these in a gas or electric oven at 180° Celsius.
Timing remains the same as well as the pan banging/tapping step because this step is to ensure fudgy texture.
Every oven works differently so i'll suggest you to keep checking the brownies every 5 minutes after 20 minutes of baking. The skewer should have thick batter type crumbs on it. If these are over baked, they can become dry and cakey.

Yes you can, for just a few seconds. Don't let it get too hot, you should be able to touch the oil.

Aftr baking u tapped and kept again the baked brownie on stovtop..pls tell how long u kept again to bake ..bcz I don't understand ur hindi language mam🤗
After 10-15 min of baking, i took out the baking tray, tapped it on the counter and then again baked it for 10-15 min till it was done.
This step is to make the brownies more fudgy.

Mine took 25 minutes but if your flame is too low then they can take a little longer to bake.

Baking powder makes the brownies cake like, so it's not added in fudge brownies
