I've been following you for a few days and I love the advice. Lately though I realized that I'm not in a good place mentally; at first it wasn't affecting me, but now it's constant. There are so many things I wanna do in my life. But I feel numb to everything. I know I want to accomplish great things, and I know i need to put in the work. But I cant even bring myself to start. I do the bare minimum in school, and I tell myself I'll do school work when i get home, and then every urge in my body flares up against it. I dont know how to combat this brother. No matter how many videos I watch, I still feel empty, loss of interest, and numb. Your videos have helped a lot though, thank you for doing this for everyone. I cant be anymore grateful.
I went through the same thing. Last year in September me and ex broke up after 5 years. Yes I did some mistakes and didn’t spend time with her. But I decided to quit my HVAC job and go to school for cybersecurity. She got tired of me always busy, even though I told her this is to better our future, she found what I didn’t give her with someone else. Well I graduated in November last year with my bachelors and the beginning of this year I got my first IT job and now I’m just rebuilding my life. Get out of all the debt I gotten myself into in that relationship. But I’m feeling happy now and I believe things are getting better. I’m planning a trip next year to go to Japan, so I been studying the language for these couple of months. I love where I am right now, we could only go up from here. Also much love from San Antonio! Would’ve been cool to meet you, you helped me a lot after the breakup. Thank you! 🙏

A year ago I ended my relationship because my headspace was dark. Was very depressed and ptsd was making my life hell. June 3, 2023 i fell from my roof on accident and only broke my wrist. Thats what made me fight harder to get out. I havent had a really bad depressive episode since and despite still lost on what path i want to take i am doing better and im thankful for that. Working on my hobby helps and i will just see where it takes me. I am just leaving this here for anyone who is hopeless, depressed, or suicidal, maybe its not your time to go. I am not healed but i am on a path to recovery. Do those little things that bring you a bit of joy/peace, it might be what saves you.
