  • The Circus Mondao, which has pitched up in King's Lynn, has been criticised by Animal Defenders International over its use of animals in performances.
But the circus has defended their animal acts, stating their animals are not mistreated and are not wild.

Someone needs to stand up against these bullies and stop this nonsense. If the circus is taking proper care of their animals, this is the perfect teaching tool for keeping the wild animals even safer. Teach the young about them, how to care and how smart they actually are and that will do more than any so called animal rights group will ever do. We lost Ringling Bros. here in America because they just couldn't keep up with the law suits and lack of audiences because of the lies that these groups spread.

Are the human performers that bad they need to parade animals about to distract customers? Its 2019, a circus really should be able to entertain without exploiting animals.

Maybe they haven't got enough performers and as she said it's a traditional family circus animals have been used in circuses since the first one in the world

Hello, would it be possible to use some clips of this footage for a video I am making as part of my university project? Particularly the footage of Petra speaking. Thanks

Animals not needed in circuses in 2019. This is obvious to all but the blind. Let's have traditional circuses with clowns, acrobats etc
