I know this is a necropost, but I couldn't resist... If someone asks "what about a Phillips screwdriver?" just say "no, that's Milk of Magnesia and vodka."
16:30 talks about the shape of the "Jagged lifters" and how they may or may not have been designed. I lifted out my "long jag" and held it next to the 1st key i had for a euro lock and couldn't believe what i saw. The shape of the pick matched the key bitting exact! coincidence? you tell me.
Medium and long hook, 3 and 5 pt rakes, decoder/ knife, tensioners...... But I will say EDC is a what they call a dyno kwick pick, which seems to work for me most of the time.
I'd have differentiated "lifting" as first used (hooks that lift one pin) and "lifting" as used later (profiled "rakes") by calling the second "rocking" which seems to be the current name ( hindsight is a beautiful thing :D I called it "flat picking in a video I made last month :()
Deviant Ollam knows a little something about classic matches brother! I've had classic matches down the line; I took on Bob Bachlund! I pinned Greg "the Hammer" Valentine 1-2-3! I slammed Yokazuna right through the mat. What ya gonna do?! When Hulk Hogan, the largest arms in the world and DeviantOllam run wild on you DUDE?!
Oh, how times have changed.
Locksport has changed the game, and you can actually get different thicknesses from the same manufacturer now.
I deployed in 2014, and the Travelling Terrabyte program is still kicking around. Good to know this was where it started.
you should definitely get a couple room mics so we can hear the questions!
Awesome Talk, really enjoyed this. I always wondered the pros and cons of rounded tip picks and flat tipped picks.
Thanks for a great class @ BH2012 - Keep up the great work and I look forward to further picking demos

I still don't know how to correctly pick locks in oblivion.
I want a nice rigid pick (no flex either way), what metal do I need for that?

The reach tools if I were to name it I would probably name it a sickle pick because its basically like a sickle blade but as a pick and not a blade
The MPAA and RIAA died of shock when they saw this.
@11:55 pick to the left, omg its a bat man pick!
I rather like my half single ball, its exactly like the half diamond, but its round
Dev of 2011: Ball picks are most useful for dimple locks.
