There's a magic to early recording methods from the cassette player just pressing record and play at the same time and getting whatever sound from the microphone coming out the stereo in a truly lofi way. I remember the first time recording my voice on a tape player with my mom. We plugged in the compact boom box tape deck and hit record and just said something like "Hello is this working?" and we were laughing as we played it back. I remember hearing my voice and it not sounding like how I thought of my voice. It was a trippy moment, like seeing yourself in the mirror for the first time. It made me realize that the way your voice sounds inside your head isn't the same way it comes across to other people and their ears. It's a good childhood memory.

I can tell you one thing guys. Snoop gives advice but he knows most of them won't make it.
Being a celebrity is doing 3 full time jobs and one part time job.
So what you will need to become a musician.
    1) music school
    2) Mindset of giving. Not taking.
    3) some financial help or sponsors. (but you can work arround it in the beginning)
    4) singing or production is. Only 10% of whole deal.
    5) Understand that celebrity gives joy yo many people. That's where value comes from.
    6) celebrities are always attacked by idiots (because pigs love pearls)
    7) 10k hours rule for production or pay music producers and work with them. (you'll need bulletin NO 3)
    8) IGNORE noise, focus on mission. You'll attract a lot of naysayer critics in a profess. Be nice with them. - but ignore them.
    9) persistence is the key.
    10) have your own hit songs. And never share them with noone before you ready to release them.
    11) license your work. Or someone else will just take it.
    12) always buy, and pay who you have to pay. Music bussiness is abou paying each other. Then everyone makes profits. Giving - remember?
    13) don't go yoo ambitious. It can get expensive. You can go bankrupt. You don't want that ruin your creativity.
    Good luck
