Her family was titled long before the Windsors, the Hanoverians, at the time, ever took power. Her title was also centuries older than Prince Philipâs Greek title. That Greek title was barely a century old.

Anyone *with a drop* of European blood is a descendant of King Charlemagne, â of those descend from William the Conqueror, and â are descendants of King John. It's actually quite common to descend from royalty/nobility.

The only thing I'd want from being royalty is the wealth & butlers/chefs at all hours of the day..... THAT'S the life. Unfortunately there's too many rules & too much attention on them, so I wouldn't prefer it.
My own research into heraldry leads me to conclude that most people are connected to a noble house and that purebred peasants are rare.
It was interesting to find out that my family is related to king henry the 5th. He had a mistress and instead of killing her and the child, he fled them to the area of Windsor Canada.
