Everything mentioned here in this video, is completely and totally true. I would often hear my Mom, and other elders as a kid, even up to a couple of years ago that the reason why the royals live so long is: because they have absolutely no stress; including everything that was mentioned in this video without going to every little detail.

My grandma just passed away she was 113 years old. Was a really long life and I didnât even know you could live that long but I wonder if she even enjoyed her life after 90

My grandma lived until 100 and I can feel she was depressed during her last years as all of her siblings passed before her.
My granda passed last year at 95 and we drank grappa, ate salami and stayed up to 11pm every single night playing cards for the last 4 years laughing eating loving life. My kids learned how to make wine with their dad and great grandpa. He always said he'd rather have it in his heart than the bank. My hero forsure. Point being if you have a reason to get out of bed and loving family around all the time life can be a blast after 90. We were very lucky mentally he was himself till the last day.
Scientist state maximum human life span is 125 years. So your grandmother did great. May she RIP. đ

It's no secret. They have literally unlimited resources. Easy, comfortable lives with no stress and fewer harmful environmental factors than the average person. The best medical care and physical treatment on the planet, better even than what the best money can buy.

One correction: Princess Alice, the Countess of Athlone was a granddaughter of Queen Victoria through her son Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany. The Queen did had a daughter named Alice who became the Grand Duchess Of Hesse but sadly she lived up to 35.

My Great Oma & my Great Opa lived off the land and only paid for things they couldn't grow on their farm or from their hunting. They had a cattle farm for milk & meat as well as a chicken farm for eggs and meat. They lived very healthy, active, happy lives đ„° So I strongly believe that that is how they lived so long đ„° He was 104, and she was just about to hit 103 years old đđ„°

As an adult who is currently out of work, in this day and age, it is very stressful for me. My place is falling apart and i have no money to fix it, what little money i do have is to pay off bills or buy basics like food. Somedays it definitely feels like the stress has eaten away many months or years of my life.
I know i will never be rich, or be at the healthiest, but I can say i am still alive.
If aliens gave me the chance to explore the universe with them i would gladly accept.

My great grandmother lived for 101years.
She came from poor household. All she did is worked her in her life. I never saw her sitting on thr couch even at the age of 97-98. She use to walk whole day and do her things all by herself.
Her real age is 56

My grandmother drank beer every day until the last year of her life, she died at 93 and was fully intact mentally when she left. Not advocating for daily beer drinking but there might be something to it. My theory is that she kept she blood thin by always having some alcohol in her system.
There's a piece on drinking a small amount people live longer than those who drink at all, they say people who have a few drinks here ans there are more likely to have a bit of fun, laugh a lot, get a little loose and relax etc etc, not saying it's true but have a look and try to find the article may be interesting to you. Obviously everyone is different, but drugs have their place in some ways and alcohol when used in moderation, not for self medication of depression or numbing brain etc does help to relax us and laugh and let ourselves go a bit ya know, we all know that stress and worrying, being uptight and worried is a massive contribution to our health and also, that laughter and relaxation is a healer
