Im sorry for this mommy. Please pray for him that whatever he faces in school may not affect him bad mentally. My son was also bullied in school and it took years for him to recover. He's now 13 and im starting to see change. You've got this and may God's love and grace rest upon his life.

Ooh my fav u got no idea what impact u play in our lives.. Hang in there my fav sometimes is normal to be demotivated. Every Sunday morning hubby wakes me up to cook ur recipes whether u cooking pap. Ur channel is amazing ❤

When I feel overwhelmed and demotivated, I take a break then ask for help where I can.. Also, I take my stress to the gym coz I work out so well when stressed.. I also write down what is stressing me, practice deep breathing, go out for nature walk or picnic, watch local play (here in Kenya, there are so many organizations offering acted plays where you laugh and release).. Lastly, I counsel myself until I change perspective of what stressed me.. These strategies I employ differently depending on the stress levels, stressor and my ability.. Lately, I feel so overwhelmed too but in my late 20s my tears dried up 😢😢.. I find myself oversleeping too.. But so far, God has a way of getting me through these lows.. Keep shinning our fave.. You don't know just how much you also keep us going when we feel overwhelmed ❤❤. Feel appreciated ❤❤

HI my fave, when I feel overwhelmed I take a small break or a nap and I go back to whatever I was doing and try to break it into manageable chunks, I hope you are not being too hard on yourself I can tell you are a perfectionist, breath my fave breath and remember you are loved❤❤❤

To answer your question my fave, whenever I feel overwhelmed, I pray about it 1st. I try by all means to be calm, most importantly being KIND to myself, then write it down, remind myself what are my goals in life, and asking for help to those I know they can help. Most often I feel overwhelmed when I’m at work, luckily I’m really surrounded by colleagues who are really spreading love and helping each other. Such a very healthy environment to be compared to my previous job. Also taking some walk, listening to those motivational podcasts really helps….
