Hi, this was an excellent video. I have the same toaster, bought it at least a quarter of a century ago and just now finished the replacement of all 4 heat elements with your help, thank you!

Hi, thanks for the video. I want to know if the support rods on the sides and the base are made of aluminum or stainless steel. I mean, if the aluminum comes into contact with the bread at any point? (I am not referring to the external clamp-type device to place the bread and then put it inside).
Is the aluminum in contact with the bread? Thanks.

What’s the part number for the element you used? And what year was your toaster manufactured ?

I have made a video of my candy struggling to tumble a small load and my Bosch actually tumbling the same load

My toaster literally burns bread for some reason but it works fine

Hey there followed the instructions but the end element away from the power is not working - any ideas?

I guess either it is not connected correctly or it is damaged. Take it out and test it? Resistance or apply power directly?

Hello Bootsowen. Can these new style ProHeat elements be retrofitted to the older Dualit toaster with the 'old style' element?

I don't think so. Dualit has lots of information on how to do it on their website and there is an ebay listing with lots of helpful information.

Ultimately you can make anything "fit", but it may not be easy!

@@bootsowen I reckon they might but I bottled it and bought the old style ones so may never know
