Ans those black seeds on the last food are blackseeds. They enrich many of the breads so much with its intense flavour. Another good thing I know about blackseeds are that they're incredibly healthy in raw form like that. If you feel ill and take some of those (even though they're incredibly bitter) then you'll feel better in one day or even less!
