Raking and Baling First cut 2021

Amazingly the hay dried down enough to start rolling up. The bale count was a little disappointing but I couldn't be happier with the quality and the lack of weeds in this first crop. My second cut on 2 fields oy yielded 18 rolls..5.5 ×4ft rolls.. maybe 18 acres. We haven't had the right amount of rain when it was needed..but its 18 more that we need.. good luck on ur next cuts

I can remember when I was very young we used to get 50 bales off of the field in this video. It desperately needs to be plowed up and re seeded.

@@oilfarmer706 yeah mine does to.but our ground is so hard and rocky it would probly tear more equipment up than it will do good

That is a Bush Hog BSR8 rake.
