the soft factory reset also includes wiping your google accounts. So removing the accounts first maybe redundant? I am not sure, but good to perform for extra safety anyways.

If in the hard mode, the recovery option is not available? What's next? I mean, I select the recovery opcion but it takes me to the same fastboot screen

Tried both. I was going to get my phone repaired because my volume button is stuck in the down orientation. I tried a soft reset, but it doesn't work because when it goes to turn off, it goes into fastboot mode because the button is stuck. I can't use the buttons to erase the data, because, the volume down button is stuck. 🤦‍♂
