Hey as I'm not a specialist but could recommend you something , stop using hot water from electric rod or electric gyser ,apply neem oil on your body it's a bit expensive but most effective oil and consume aloevera juice empty stomach .

I love your all videos except skincare, body care and hair care videos. This subject is totally different. Hair wax, hair gel, hair serum, we only used it on hair length, not scalp. As a woman, hair serum is necessary, silicone is not harmful the way you mention. And not all chemicals are bad, now a days science based skincare products are much more better than those so called natural. Sometimes natural products are more harmfull than chemicals products.
