Reusable fabric wrapping is such a lovely idea! I saw in Lush they use scarves and other pieces of fabric. The gift that keeps on giving !

What a great idea with the fabric wrapping system.. seriously, I've never heard of doing that. So would you just collect the fabric back after they've opened the gift, and then reuse it the following year? Such a cool idea, and less wasteful which is a plus! 🎁
Agree! I'm sure you could either collect it back or let them keep it and suggest they use it for wrapping the following year.

I'm glad you got some sun today! It is -12 degrees Celsius where I am. Brrr! On top of that I have the worst sinus cold :( Then I remembered your Sick Day Makeup routine video. Day saved! :) I think the idea of using fabric to wrap gifts is a wonderful idea.
i also like decorative boxes...they come with prints already and i reuse them year after year, they fold down flat so they're easy to store.
Hey Karissa! My mum has been wrapping our gifts in fabric for years: you can wrap them normally and just use a little dot from a glue-gun wherever you would normally tape. Works really well and is really easy. :)

That eco wrapping is a great idea! I got recycled paper this year but I love that you can keep reusing the same fabric year after year!

Wrapping with fabric is such an awesome idea! A few years ago my family and I bought a load of cute boxes and shredded tissue paper from Paperchase (they sell some dope stationary and gifting stuff- they are also selling taco and burrito tree decorations this year!!) and now we mainly use those for 'wrapping' presents. I bought a few hampers too so I use those if I'm giving lots of little things. The paper just felt super wasteful :( so neat that everyone is finding ways to recycle but still have a pretty wrap for their gifts.
I seriously admire you for vlogging throughout this medical skincare stuff!! Not that it should be a reason not to but I think a lot of people probably wouldn't be brave enough! I'm doing vlogmas and I don't know if I could film myself peeling haha. You go girl 😊 x
Karissa, I love that you use fabric to wrap your gifts. I always use old newspapers. But fabric is definitely more pretty.
It's traditional in Quebec and some European countries to use fabric for wrapping gifts. Love not adding to the landfill!ox

I really enjoyed this. I friend of mine is wrapping all her gifts in fabric. this year for my birthday I received a scented soy candle and a pair of earrings wrapped in black lace. It was so thoughtful. This year I sewed some Christmassy santa sacks, 1 for each person with their gift. :)

You can use flexible tree bark, such as birch, to wrap rustic looking presents also. What a rad idea to wrap presents in cloth though! Save as much as possible. Fun video.

deconstructing paper whole foods grocery bags and using the blank side for wrapping paper is another eco-friendly wrapping option :) love the cloth idea!

One year my mom made fabric bags with Christmas material. We reuse them every year and just tie them closed with a nice ribbon.

I love the idea of wrapping with fabric. My boyfriend did that last year for my gifts because he waited until last minute and didn't think to buy wrapping paper😂 It turns out super cute!
Have you ever tried rosehip seed oil?? It really helps with acne healing/acne scars! Loving the fabric gift wrapping though! Definitely going to be trying that out.

hey guys! love ur videos and the fabric wrap idea! I usually wrap presents in reusable tin cans (on x mass time theres always a large selection of sizes) or I place them on pretty woven boxes. Happy Holidays!

I suffer severe depression & when I am in a bad low, I will go days without getting out of bed or leaving the house & because of that I lose friends, my home becomes a shit sty & life basically SUCKS !!!!! ....... Hi Karissa love your channel! Have you looked up furoshiki? It Japanese fabric wrapping and they do some pretty awesome stuff with it. I started using scarfs a couple of years ago.

Haha that works too! My mom loves re using pretty paper bags because they don't get wrinkled and you just use the same ones every year! Works so well :) xx
