Thanks for the video Jordan! That movement is in really good condition. I was suspecting a front mounted movement with a gong screwed to the bottom of the case! That strike is really something you don’t normally hear on these. It’s gorgeous!
Is that gong hammer original, or modified? It's very mellow, and haven't seen one before that had the cutout like that with what appears to be a piece of rubber or leather.
I am doing fine. I haven't come across a movement that has been mounted on the back board like this one. Very interesting.

Thank you very much you should invest in one or an early Alamo has a bottom mounted gong of this same style
