I saw these guys playing for free in the streets of Winston-Salem, and even when I was that young, they brought so much life with their unique sound and presence. I am so proud of how far they have come! I am 15 years old now, and my grandfather, who introduced us to them is gone now, but I am eternally grateful to him for leading me to probably one of my favorite bands of all time. Love them! Always will!

Plus, the Avett brothers don't seem like douchbags. I can't picture Sean or Seth Avett turning on each other. I'm sure they have many more great songs (albums) to come.
