    there is no denying that toll brothers is probably at the top of the pyramid when it comes to luxury tract home builds. Having a toll brothers community in your city does earn some bragging rights, but i would say its a bit of a reach to say its the next granite bay. Most of rocklin is already all built out and other than this development and the surrounding areas left of Whitney Ranch, everything is basically like roseville minus any commercial and entertainment. Where as granite bay is nearly ALL like these type of homes--and when I say these type of homes I mean luxury at least 1mil and up. Rocklin has reached its borders and building anymore north is already Lincoln.

      JMC is still quite popular in the Area; and in many cases is considered to be higher quality than Toll Brothers.

    • @moialder252
      @moialder252 Před 2 lety

      @@josephvu9913 i dont know about JMC being higher quality than Toll Brothers. Just comparing their CURRENT HOMES you dont even have to go inside the home. Just seeing the exterior facade/elevation already shows Toll brothers on another level. JMC is churning out homes like crazy and ive met several owners throughout the sac metro who have pointed out the quality issues they are having. JMC makes some of the best floorplans and they are the only builder left who builds homes that have 3, 4, 5, and even 6 car garages that arent tandem like most these days but that extra level of detail and quality is not at the level of toll brothers.

    These are nice but 1.3M...hmm, I’d rather take a half acre or bigger lot in Granite Bay with some of the sacrifices on interior (all of which can be upgraded). Some homes in granite bay or Folsom are as nice or better at a lower price with larger lots.

    • @moialder252
      @moialder252 Před 3 lety +1

      There is a percentage however, who dont want a resale, aka OLD, house even if its only a few years or even remodeled. There is a niche market for everything. If money wasnt an issue, yea, i would buy my own land and build a custom home brand new in granite bay.

    Nice homes but living here means giving PG&E $600/month. My friends parents live in an $800k home in Rocklin but keeps it warm af because of that reason. 😆

    • @SacramentoRealEstate
      @SacramentoRealEstate  Před 3 lety +1

      Solar will help but that PG&E bill will be a killer also maintaining a house like this is expensive. Affording to buy this house is one thing but being able to maintain it is another.

    luxury homes?......the backyard is the size of a postage stamp. is that typical of luxury homes in the sacramento area?

    • @SacramentoRealEstate
      @SacramentoRealEstate  Před 3 lety +1

      Honestly new homes nationwide build like this. I get your frustration buying a million dollar home and still having homes close by. I would say premium lots could be an option or maybe going with a custom home might be a better fit.

    • @moialder252
      @moialder252 Před 3 lety +1

      where are you from? you must not be from around here or in CA. In CA having at least a 6000 sq ft lot is already considered BIG. getting closer to 10K lot is massive. Only way you get what I assume you are use to in middle of no where america which is usually at least half an acre, you would have to live in the country side and rural areas. Suburbs and nice communities all around CA you rarely if in fact never see homes that have half acre lots in a more developed area.
