All ok hun. It was honestly one of the nicest salads Iâve had. It was huge!!! Canât believe it came with chips đ€Łđ€Ł left those but it did make me giggle. Xxx
Aaaw so sorry you weren't feeling well. Maybe something was off with the salad? Hope you got better and can enjoy the rest of your holiday without surprises. It really is such a lovely place. And the old cinema looks so sool đ
The cinema is a beautiful building đ„° I think the salad was fine, it was so fresh and really delicious. Not sure if it was just a lot to eat (but it was just salad vegetables and a couple of slices of ham) or if something that had upset me day before. The only other thing is Iâd had half a lager the previous day?? Very unusual for me to have gastric side effects but at least thatâs it done now xxxâ„ïžđ„°
I feel so good on mounjaro. I didnât realise I had âfood noiseâ until I started taking mounjaro and then I just stopped thinking about food. I do not snack and this is a huge deal. Plus I am not really bothered about having an alcoholic drink. I am sure though it is having a great effect within my body reducing inflammation and helping regulate insulin etc. itâs just an incredible drug and Iâm so thankful that I started taking it. Itâs really changed everything for me on my weightloss journey. Xxx
@@ladymawa itâs good to hear you say that , because I very much noticed exactly the same , I was nt sure whether I was creating this in my brainâŠ.đ€Šââïž and that urge to have a reward glass of wine is no longer a thing, I ve just started week 4 and feeling great , minimal side affects, pooh a bit off, a bit of indigestion but all okay, the most important thing more me is not feeling deprived, I ve lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks. I ve bought the nutracheck app and will be tracking food more carefully, I suspect Iâm low on protein. Thanks sweetie ⊠ha it would be great to see you join in the 50 shades of brown ⊠yay. I love the nutracheck app so much - hope you do too. Have a fab week and congrats on your journey so far xxx
That's weird about the tummy troubles, I was up Thursday night, I felt so bloated it was awful, had to get up twice between 3 & 4am,no idea what was different though. Felt rubbish yesterday as I had to go to work didn't want to risk coffee, but i drank plenty water through the day, I did have lentil soup and a ham sandwich for dinner and my stomach was growling all evening. But I've no idea what made my tum upset like thar, I don't think I had anything different
Itâs so strange isnât it. I just wonder if sometimes itâs just going to do it. Iâve seen quite a few people post that they can just have random bad stomach despite not really changing anything. Hope you are feeling much better now hun xxxđ„°â„ïž
@@ladymawa yes I've been seeing a few say that, maybe the higher the dose the more it might happen. Feeling much better though now, it does make you a bit wary though doesn't it đ. Love the vids xx
@the_greenhouse_gardener it sure does. Makes me very wary lol. Aw glad you are enjoying them. I appreciate you watching but also love the chatty comments so much đ„°â„ïž
This might sound weird, but could it be whatever that chicken burger was cooked in that upset your tummy? I've found that when it happens to me it's almost always down to the fat used in the cooking rather than the food itself, and if your GLP-1 is also targeting fat storage (does it do that btw?), then perhaps it's the way it tries to purge you of the bad fat? I hope it didn't last too long and you felt better quickly xx
Hi hun - I cooked it in the oven so no fat added. I donât fry anything for fear of it upsetting me. Appreciate you trying to problem solve. May well have been too many carbs ⊠all that white bread probably the culprit xxx
@@ladymawa Ahh... I got myself all A about T because I thought the burger was bought whilst you were out, not cooked at home *Doh! * It does help if I watch properly, lol! As long as you're feeling better that's the main thing xx
@@josmith4173 lol I donât like it on its own but I like it with everything on it. Yes, itâs a great source of protein.
