    Thank you. After trying a lot of suggested solutions, the reset button trick worked. One week old i30 N now connecting with Blue Link again.

    Thank you. Hyundai did not respond to my query on Bluelink not working. The paper clip reset worked great on my Ionic 5.

    Thank you so much! Hyundai customer service UK advised me to visit the nearest dealer to get it reset. Why didn't they tell me to try this simple task?! Thank you so much! 🤗

    I found that there was a User Agreement update that I ignored, which caused the network error. I went into BueLink on my car, agreed to the updated terms, and now the connection has been reestablished with my car.

    This trouble is commun on all hyundai, bluelink need a big upgrade. The app is better than before but its still need much improvement and correction, just a cheap example, open one (or all) windows and check the information on bluelink, it will said all closed...

      Sounds like you dont have a cellular connection on the car

    Thanks for posting… unfortunately this didn’t work for me. Bluelink settings say it’s active. But app can’t do anything, not even a status request.

      It sounds like the app and the car is out of sync. Have you tried unlinking the account from your car, rebooting as shown in the video and the linking the account again?

    Is this only for the Ionic or will it work with my Sonota Hybrid?

      I don't know but the button basically restarts the system, and that usually works across models.

      @@DigitalJediDk Thnx, I updated to the may of 2022. But dealer or call center cannot help me with "bluelink extended services are not active". And that's why I cannot make OTA updates happen. Updated through USB.

    Doesn't work. I heard disconnecting the battery for a minute can fix the problem, but I haven't had the opportunity to do this, cuz it requires tools....meh

      Have you checked the validity of the blue link account credentials?
