Your hair looks lovely, but I wouldn't say it's blonde, it looks more like a dark grey (on camera). That being said, I do think you would look fantastic in a warm natural Scandinavian blonde as well

My fur baby is in the vets tonight after an emmergency operation today. It went well and the vet dealing with her was absolutely lovely. So lovely I hugged her. Anyway, sheâs staying o er night and Iâve come home alone and the first thing I thought was Josie can keep me company â€â€â€

I switched from oat milk to the plenish coconut milk. Was a little adjustment at first with the lack of sugar but now I really enjoy it. Could be another one to try in your smoothie if youâre looking to mix it up.

Josie I do think the coat is quite big. If you want a light coloured coat then Mint Velvet have a gorgeous cream duster coat online. Itâs has gold buttons and I love it but cannot wear light coats with kids! Youâre like me, I was telling my friends today Iâm addicted to buying coats and I need to join coats anonymous and admit my addiction. đ

I'm hyperglycemic/ borderline diabetic, my father has Type 2 diabetes. Both of us actually implemented intermittent fasting and it has helped a lot with sugar levels.
Just a suggestion, you should do a video where you ask your bridesmaids to be a bridesmaids if you havenât done so already
Glucose Goddess has been amazing. Eating protein and/or veggies has made such a difference. I have the book on audible.

I wouldnât normally comment on something like this, but please take everything the âGlucose Goddessâ says with a pinch of salt. There is no need to have a strict order in the way you eat your food. As long as you are eating a balanced diet most of the time, this really has little impact. If you are metabolically healthy (as in donât have type 2 diabetes or are pre-diabetic) your body actually regulates your blood sugar quite well and while everyone has fluctuations in blood sugar levels these are minimal at best and again your body can take care of this pretty quickly most of the time. While you can experience low blood sugars when you donât eat enough/ fuel yourself correctly , as a non-diabetic you are extremely unlikely to have a really high blood sugar level. Just to note Iâm not a medical professional, this is just want I have learned through research and listening to Registered Dietitianâs and Doctors who I believe are an authority on the subject and while Jessie is a biochemist she is exaggerating some claims in her book. Love your Vlogs as usual Josie. Just giving my opinion đâ€
Hi Josie. Can you remember how much the Chloe woody sandals were in the outlet please? Mine are somewhat scruffy and Iâm thinking about replacing but theyâve gone up to 350 now which seems excessive.

The book of Jessie on glucose is a very very good one ! full of tips, to low your sugar and give you more energy, i read also an'other one Toxique acide by David Pelmutter which is a good book too
By the way Josie, did you ever try Skyr ? it 's very good. Everyday i have Oats, with fruits, strawberries etc... skyr and little bit of kefir, and crushed chia seeds in a mixer, as it 's better i heard to get their properties, and teaspoon of maple syrup, Thanks for the video Josie â„
