Thanks for the well wishes. I agree...theres so much good food here it could be a problem for weight. We try to stay active and at the very least get our steps in around the city.
@@LLVT That is exactly why I told my husband that I will need a pool when we build our retirement home so I can at least get some cardio in on a regular basis. I gained 30 lbs from his delicious cooking the first year he came from the Philippines to live with me!!!

11:15 Well you could maybe change that.. There are two other families like yours that live in BGC now.. The Ocampos of "Mom Duty" and the Lockwoods of "Always Be Changing". The first one the husband is also filipino, and his wife from the USA I think. The latter ones the husband has the same job history as you, being in military and later got into business. They both have two kids, as you. I think you would like each other! :) They have a Meet & Greet soon as I heard

Glad you are recovering well. Would you do a video on your experience with healthcare in the Philippines. How do you manage to get health insurance there as a US citizen?
Yes, I've had a couple of requests for more info on the experience. I might do a short video since we don't have much footage of the actual time in the hospital. Our health insurance is actually through Cigna Global right now, so we have coverage worldwide.
It would be interesting to know your hospital experience in the Philippines.

I did! St. Luke's in BGC is a very top notch hospital, very westernized.
