- A beautiful indoor track made of earth and sand dedicated to 4x4 RC Crawler & Scaler models was built inside the pavilions of the Bologna fair for the 2018 edition of the Model Game. During the two days have alternated dozens of vehicles branded Axial, RC4WD, Tamiya, Gmade, mainly RC 1/10 on the climbs and small steep steps that the organizers of the races have prepared for the occasion. The ability to extricate themselves without penalty and in the shortest possible time has made the races very beautiful. This is my "highlights" video of a pleasant day spent in Bologna, enjoy!
Un bellissimo percorso indoor fatto di terra e sabbia dedicato ai modellini RC 4x4 Crawler & Scaler è stato costruito all'interno dei padiglioni della fiera di Bologna per l'edizione 2018 del Model Game. Durante la due giorni si sono alternati decine di mezzi di marca Axial, RC4WD, Tamiya, Gmade, principalmenre RC 1/10 sulle salite e nei piccoli e ripidi passaggi che gli organizzatori delle gare hanno preparato per l'occasione. L'abilità di districarsi senza penalità e nel minor tempo possibile hanno reso molto belle le gare. Questo è il mio "highlights" video di una piacevole giornata trascorsa a Bologna, buona visione!

I really like how the vehicles are being driven in a scale type manner. Not just thrashing and bashing in an attempt to beat the clock...
I agree. These paths are made by checking the time but also taking into account the obstacles and if in the narrow passages you touch the bars through which the vehicle must pass, a penalty is given. So it becomes a competition in time only partly because the rush to finish could make you mistakes and penalties. So, therefore, is necessary to proceed with caution and to study well how and where to pass the vehicle👍

This is why I’m really liking the crawler side of rc after many years of high performance nitro bashers and 100mph planes it’s really cool to slow down and do some technical precise driving.

I would love to drive my axial scorpion ax-10(stock) on that track. only "mod" (if you want to call it that) is that I trimmed the body so the tires never rub during extreme articulation.

In every big city, there are shops specializing in the RC scale models. If you don't have any stores nearby, search the internet, there are very well-stocked online stores. Also, Amazon and eBay are 2 places where you can find these vehicles 👍

The rc's are cool but not one view of the track size!?
I preferred to concentrate on RC models and their way of dealing with the track. In my idea of the video, you shouldn't absolutely see people because everything would be even closer to the reality of the normal 1: 1 scale, the real crawler vehicles. But I understand that it is not possible to avoid framing people, even if only in a few moments...😉
How well did the Tamiya perform in this event?
I don't think I'm very helpful, I like to film them a lot, but I'm not an expert, I don't have one. I can tell you that more or less all the brands made an excellent impression on me.
@@Italiansupercarvideo ah, I want a Tamiya mainly for the scaled realism. But, I don't think as far as crawling goes they wouldn't work as nice as other built for crawling. Different animals I suppose. Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to help you, I enjoy filming these radio controlled models, but I don't own one. So I advise you to look for forums or groups of enthusiasts who can help you.
