      All private employee’s should form an employee union. We should identify a union leader at state level to voice out our concerns- - extra working hours, work life balance, equal pay parity, Tax burden, employment opportunities, skill based trainings and leads should be discussed. This way we will be able to form a group to respond back strongly to gov of india
      - Please remember things wont change when you vote out BJP the newly elected party will continue to harass in the same way
      -Finance minister should be answerable to tax payers on spends
      - Its we who pay them and its we who should take charge of even a penny to the govt.

    The problem with most elected reps is that they cringe before you for your votes. After the election, they don't care for you. It is as simple as that. But then, pride comes before a fall. If you continue your arrogance, a fall is imminent and you won't know what hits you when it hits you.
    About unelected reps, please remember Manmohan Singh was unelected rep and he did a pretty good job, considering the various pulls and pressures from within his own party and from the Opposition. The fact is if you are honest and you have a GOOD HEART, it doesn't matter if you are elected or unelected

      He was elected as mp of varanasi not as pm.
      Once bjp alliance got more votes than india bloc, only then the entire nda alliance unanimously chose modi as pm.
      Its a personal choice whether to stand as mp or pm.
      Sitaraman was just fm
      She has to be responsove to people, as she is fm fpr all 140 crore people
      She comes from ruling party
      Ruling party is answerable to people

      This kindness is possible only when you are elefted by people or you are connected tp ground reality, met people before and heard their woes like how rahul gandhi did in bharat jodo yatra.

I did not know I can balance my ITR in a coloring book until I retired with no benefit for next few years of my living. Government has made almost all digitalized, but as a senior citizen it's nothing works when required. My suggestion..... As a tax payer let govt give freebies in insurance on motor vehicle, toll tax, life time tax extended on vehicles personally owned. With GST introduction life has become very costlier. As a middle man cannot buy site of 1000 swift for less than one crrore in metros and 50 lakhs in villages.... Everyday the pulse rice cereals vegetables fruits rates are touching per kg 200.oo and fifty rupees and 100 ruppes notes are vanishing....

People should have ability to penalize public reps not just once in 5 years but more often. Pub reps should not go against people mandate. Like surprise policies and jumping parties AFTER getting elected. Lay down your intention and policies and affiliation ahead and stick with it else automatically pulled back. If you dont support the rajyasabha candidate, dont support those state reps who voted for that Rsaba member. The member might get thru via other state. But eventually they will get your point. I think you got it all wrong about indexation benefits - What FM has done is, the new system applicable for the people who bought houses after 2001 will attract 12.5% capital gain tax (which is less than the previous 20% tax with indexation) - So there are no much changes to whole taxation, but it is now streamlined across the border to all asset class, except for short term traders.

    • @bala2792
      @bala2792 Před měsícem +1

      I don’t think you are right in saying 12.5% without indexation is less than 20% with indexation . Indexation table shows an increase of 5% every year. With LTCG lock in period of 2 years, my purchase price would have increased by 10% while my actual reduction in tax due to this new policy is only 7.5%. We end up paying more. Much worse, we end up paying taxes for our losses due to inflation if the appreciation of the property is not above the indexation line.
