Straight up regarding the skin breakouts: it signifies that you need to change your diet. Cut as much dairy, sugar, and processed meat as possible; amp up on fruits and vegetables, especially raw, green vegetables.
Totally agree. When I stopped eating/drinking dairy and sweets, my skin cleared up. Meat doesn't really affect me though, only if it's bad expired meats or cold cuts like ham/turkey sandwich types of meats. Pretty much all I eat now is typically rice, various veggies, meat/fish and some fruits. My pimples appear only during hormone changes like when having my period.
