I'm still new and still working out how I like to look at things. I find I work best looking at habits weekly. I love the line and bar graphs. This vid is in the save collection for sure.
My habit tracker runs down my monthly calendar. As I track seven I aim for it to be a rainbow at the end. On the next double page I track sleep and mood combined with a kind of one line a day. Meaning whenever my mood is not neutral I make a quick note. I can definitely see a correlation between not getting enough sleep and being angry/sad more easily.
This month I've got monthly mini calendar blocks as my trackers and I've been tracking things like cat litter scooping, face masks, 8 hours of sleep etc. But like the comment below me.. seeing a lot of Xs under the '5 portions of veggies a day' tracker... gets one a bit down trodden. ( 5 veggie servings a day! like how does anyone do that anyway >.> )
I do tracking like this, but on a weekly basis - somehow seeing the entire month set up just demoralizes me from even using them. I do know that on the days when I don't eat breakfast I tend to just be in constant 'should I' -coma rather than 'just do it'. I actually used the idea from your recent weekly Alastair method video (the one with the purple lines) to bring some pop for the little weekly trackers of mine that look exactly like that but I just color in each habit day rather than have tasks set on it. :) I hope it makes some sense.

The mini math lesson at the end was 😍😍😍😍😍
I have seen a correlation between where my menstrual cycle is and my level of productivity.

Omg this is so helpful 😍 I struggle with getting headaches a lot so this would definitely be helpful for that!
For sure! Being able to find any triggers or things that help avoid them 😄💜
Taking my evening meds and how much i sleep. Ive noticed if I dont take one I dont sleep as well as I could which has a direct lead on effect.

Haha does 5 serves of fries count? 😅 yeah 5 serves of veg seems like a mission
Yessss fries should totally count! I mean a fry is a potato right? That’s a veggie! (Btw, well done calling them fries. You sure know your base 😉)
