Oh angie🥺 My mom passed away on the 13th of january from lung cancer and the beginning of the year has been absolute sh*t. Anxiety, insomnia, panick attack, pj all day, not working out, eating fast food all the time, whatever bad habits, name it im in it. And when I saw you posted a new video, I’ve taken that as a sign do kick my butt up and try to take care of me today❤ so thank you. Because nothing is easy right now but you are a light at the end of the tunnel today🫶🏻😘

Over the past 3 weeks, I've felt like the year didn't start as I envisioned it would. I didn't have all the motivation and energy I normally do at the start of the year. I was judging myself for wanting a reset but this video helped me realize that resets don't have to happen at specific times, they can happen whenever we need them to.
I know exactly what you mean and probably a million other people , any start is better than no start art at all. , I’m restarting January in February , I think the other thing that doesn’t help is the fact that January went by so fast , always remember a fresh start can happen any time when you need it like a diet one spoiled day doesn’t ruin a whole week , I have no energy whatsoever Buried am determined to get going on February 1st ,come join me , hope you feel more like yourself . Girl: relatable! Normally, I chill during January. It's the middle of the winter, we have no daylight where I live and we have just been through DECEMBER: aka the most stressful month of the year! January is a great month to heal, re set, and then regain energy for February ❤🎉the whole mania around new years resolution in January is very harmful. February is a much better time for that. After a month of healing after all the holiday stress❤❤❤

I've spent January focussing on cleaning out my mom's apartment as she has moved into dementia care. February will be the month of love, for me.. heavy duty reset. Fitness, nutrition, lots of self care

Snow tires help you stop, chains are what gets you up a hill. And sometimes snow tires and chains won’t cut it, and it’s better to just stay home. 😂 We got 18.3 meters (yes meters, not feet) of snow last winter where I live in California (yes, we have snow in CA).
The thing I felt deep: “do you ever feel like your hair hurts?” So many levels of this right now!
Pilates- I started on a fold and loved it so much worked out on it daily and kept breaking cords. Upgraded to a real merrithew reformer and it made so much a difference in quality of work out. Just start with real deal and get a rebounder with it if you can
Loving the realisticness of not having the house perfectly moved into and decorated yet. I always love taking my time in each new house we have to perfect it and have always struggled with the comparison game when I watch people move in and have everything perfect right away!

Angie, I'm not trying to be a downer, but I saw you drinking out of a stanley cup and there have been some issues with them. Some people had positive lead tests from their stanley cups. You work so hard to be healthy, I just wanted to mention it... So glad you're back making videos :)

I can feel your pain in regards to the hill and it being so difficult to manipulate during "bad" weather. I think y'all need a tractor so Andre can push the snow and salt/sprinkle the hill. Considering you were at Disney over Christmas and New Year, it’s all good with not having the decorations down. I just finally took the Christmas ornaments off this weekend. I’ve been leaving the tree up and decorating it for the other holidays until after Easter. So it’s whatever works for you
I use the nozzle on my vacuum first and go around and get dust bunnies, corners and crevices, then I sweep with a broom, then vacuum, then swiffer lol 😂

I love everything you stand for Angie, loved your videos since I found your channel in the lonely time of 2020 and you've been my favourite person on CZcams ever since. I bought a Daily Grind planner from you and it is actually life changing and beyond that the quality of it is absolutely gorgeous - a lot of heads turn when I take it into the office I work in! I must say what has impressed me the most is the way both yourself and Andre reply to questions in the DG group yourselves the level of support in that group is unreal and all the other humans in that group are beautiful people too. I have found my life changing in 2024 already and I'm having to really think about what I want and who I want to be as changes happen to my life that I didn't plan for, usually I'd find that so overwhelming and I'd shut down but with my DG planner I've been able to see what's in front of me so much clearer and for once I have faith that good things are coming, thank you x

Hey Angie! Pilates instructor over here. the professional grade "Balance Body" or "Merrithew" are the Rolls Royce of Reformers... maybe overkill, but whatever reformer you choose, I highly recommend one that doesn't lie flat on the ground. Having it elevated to at least shin/knee height opens up a LOT more exercises you can perform. I would also avoid a reformer that doesn't use actual springs. I used one with cable bungees instead, it caused a lot of unnecessary hick ups and glitches.

For cleaning the floors I use a bissell crosswave. It mops & vacuums at the same time! 💯recommend

I don't think you need to change your kitchen at all. Its Beautiful the way it is, I am not kidding! Welcome back from your trip! GLAD to see you back, We motivate each other and doing similar things around the house. YOU have someone embellished in my mind a pre drink mix and getting workout done by getting the workout clothes on and making the drink then I get on my peloton bike. The peloton TRED sounds amazing. I need to get Nighttime CANDLE, Love the clean smell as well. I Get a 1 mile walk in outside and try to spot something cool and I post it to my story.
