I've been on a press cleaning and decluttering my house with a future move in mind as well. Despite the heat, despite being 6 months pregnant, despite doing the deep cleaning all alone... I'm pushing through too and this video was added inspiration and comforting knowing we all gotta do what we gotta do sometimes! You killed it girl! Enjoy the cottage and a well deserved mini break!❤

for your tip, my tip is, become debt free by the time you are 45 and on. If it's possible. I understand, everyone situation differs.
This process can remind us all: every item you buy and own you at some point have to move, handle, clean and manage. We do need some things but the more we have the more we are burdened with management. This way of looking at things has helped me a LOT❤

You don't have to go minimalist to just do less overall and feel content. We used to have this big house but we downsized (so we could get more land but still be in the city we're in) and I had to declutter and donate a lot of things. I still kept a lot of my holiday decor or small collections (like teacups) that I love and my husband has some of his techy things of course and we have 3 kids with plenty of toys, journals, books, etc. We're by no means minimalist but we do buy less, and it feels really good! We tend to use what we have a lot more, and I find multiple uses for things.

My hubs and I looked for our current house for 2 years. We never made another offer on a house because we knew what we wanted. When we saw our house, my hubs was like…this is it. I was like it is over budget! He crunched the numbers and said “We can afford it.” The rest is history and how I discovered YOU! I needed to decorate! Best of luck in your journey. It will happen and I can’t wait to see it.

My next thing, I wanted to become Debt Free, it took 6 years , and we are happy. At the age of 45 years old.

I started decluttering our home, a couple of days ago. We have one area in the lower level of home, 13x15 carpet, rest is hardwood flooring in this home.

Just wanted to add, we have been house hunting since 2020, so I totally understand, it can be a rollercoaster! But nothing has been the perfect place yet (I don’t mean perfect-perfect, but perfect for us) and I’m not ready to settle. So much good stuff has happened in the last three years, though, that I’m not mad that it’s taken this long but… it is a journey!!😅❤just this last month I decided to relax and enjoy this house hunting stage. That mindset shift has helped, but I still am excited to find our next home!

I was in the worst mood on my drive home from work today (hungry, traffic, gas light came on, hot and sweaty), then I saw a family of raccoons cross my path, an adult with three smaller toddlers. They were so cute! My mood immediately was turned around. They made me so happy!
You are so good at deep cleaning and it motivates me soooo much! 😍
In 2016 my hubby and I literally bought and sold a home the same day. We hadn’t even had our house on the market and our realtor had a lead that was interested. We spastically cleaned in an hour, threw stuff in closets, and lit a candle 😂. I still can’t believe that that worked.

Angie Use Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Clinging Bleach Gel, Rain Clean cleaner for the tub. I use it all the time for cleaning really tough bathroom stains.

What’s with the ghost preworkout? Why did you move on?
We looked for a piece of land to buy for over a year. Even when we found something we liked, the very next day it was pending with a contract. Time after time our plans always got shot down. After so long you feel like giving up. I prayed about it and then the very next day...my husband's uncle decided to call and said he was giving us four acres of family land. Just went through the decluttering,moving, and cleaning process. Did all the cleaning ourselves....omg you can't imagine how much work it is until you actually start.
So motivating! We'll be listing our house in the new year and I keep looking for peoples vids on how they prepped their house for sale as well as a good declutter before you move! So thank you again Angie your vids give me liiiffee!

Just go to disney home to decorate. I understand we live in a sailboat in kw fl and its up for sale so we have been cleaning, packing and purging. Also we are remodeling an RV but for October we will be in the middle ugghh

Don't be afraid to take a year off from decorating. You can still do fall vibes -- visit some haunted houses or fall festivals, highlight some fall foods and outfits, costume ideas etc.
For the tub I recommend trying the scrub daddy power paste, it was able to take out stains on the counter of my last apartment and I've sworn by it ever since
