This looks Amazing! There’s nothing like the good ‘ol fashioned way! Only thing is I was hoping you’d get the rest of that good seasoning out of that blue bowl!! I would’ve probably rinsed it out with the water you measured for the pot to get all that leftover garlic goodness! Lol! I usually use a box of Chicken broth instead of water, and probably not as much salt, tho. I never thought of using the Saffron rice instead of regular rice. I bet that was GOOD!!
Hot water (boiling water) would have done. butter out, vinegar out, never heard of those ingredients. In P. R. it’s called arroz con pollo, very delicious

Good cooking, but you are long-winded 😮 every cookies different but I can suggest to you if you're using that many seasonings already have the measured out I just tell your viewers the measurements of the seasonings to take each one of those seasonings little teaspoon of each one people will lose interest in these videos when their long-winded as such
