Your electrical problem is not a big issue get rid of headway and AGM and get at least 60+AH of LTO and set voltage to at least 15.2v problem will be solved. Trying to squeeze all that performance from headways that are probably over 8 years old is asking a lot you might get away with it if you had double the size. Once you get a DSP and set everything right you'll notice a huge difference and not having to mess with the settings and blowing drivers so often. Keep up the content big dawg really enjoy it!
