Being a doctor, you've to study atleast 12-15 years and give very competitive exams till date. And yet it's not necessary you'll become one. This much bravery comes from having a great heart to serve people. It's not a job. That's why doctor is called god and you're not. Please don't comment such cheap thing if you don't know about d of doctor. If a soldier die for country do you call it his job??

I'm sure general public thinks, doctors earn a lot of money . But in South India especially in state of Karnataka , it's becoming difficult to get jobs having a decent pay, especially for surgical specialities like ENT and orthopedic s.
And with the advent of more pg seats it's gonna worsen much more .
On a population basis the number of doctors per capita is less overall in India , but there s a significant variation in more populated and lesser populated States, as well as northern and southern states .

i just wanted to share what I got as salary to world
1-As an intern- INR 7500/ month (approx 100$/month) total 1200 US $ anually
As resident MD- INR 55000/month (approx 720$/month) total 8640 US $ anually (now deduct 15% Tax) left with 7344 $ anually
