unpopular opinion: if lava city and skyhook were hot drops. they would be S tier, especially skyhook. skyhook is basically fragment city that isn’t broken and way bigger. 😘👌

You can literally land almost anywhere and have good loot.
Hopefully they’ll bring it back soon.
I got a 3.4K earlier and all i can think about is how that would have been a for sure 4K if we were on Olympus

But usually you can guess where the missing squads if you watch the drops.

Skull Town S Tier, until the end of time. The brawling that went on there was pure and utter chaos and it was so exiting. We will always miss you, Skull Town. RIP

Lots of areas on Olympus especially around orbital canon have SO much space for town takeovers and map changes without having to destroy any of the POIs (except power station, destroy it)
It would be cool if they had a 30v30 mode on Olympus where one team spawns on Carrier and the other on Icarus

I think it's really interesting that I can love storm point, think that every single landing spot slaps, think it has the best player flow, and still agree with you that olympus has amazing pois. It really makes no rhyme or reason why people love or hate certain maps, ig it really comes down to tiny quirks in playstyle and experience.
everyone’s complaint on storm point is how you can have games where you just don’t find anyone until endgame
Estate in my opinion feels like a Nuketown map in COD and for me it’s one of my favorite landing spots

I LOVE ship fall. One of my favorite moments on Storm Point was chasing somebody on the top of the ship. It’s super cool. Also Antenna is better than you say it is

I liked slum lakes for how annoying bounce pads were around there
Airbase was where I got my first triple kill, and then later won with kill leader so I just love that place
Skulltown was amazing for everything, plus one of my favorite areas (Octains town takeover) was right next to it

in the beginning of season 7 not many people knew about elisium and holy shit was it so fun when i accidentally landed there and realized there was gold stuff everywhere then people found out about it and then the loot was nerfed but those first two weeks were amazing

My favorite place to land on WE now is Harvestor. Not many people land there so you can loot up then head to either Fragment or Lava Siphon and find fights.
I remember my first win at bridges on the fourth day or so of apex. bridges for stier. Remove cage
I think they need to add a mini battle royale mode with 18 people that takes place on a very small part of a map(1-2 pois) You start with blue evo and get to pick a load out out of a selection of guns (1 primary and 1 secondary [for example you can pick between an wingman, lstar, r301, r99, or a triple take for a primary, and an Eva, p2020, re45, or Mozambique for secondary]) primaries spawn with blue attachments and secondaries with grey (can scavenge for better attachments tho). Only blue-gold attachments spawn. A few care packages spawn at the beginning to contest.
I feel like this would help with poi’s at the edge of the maps. Places like lightning rod have so much potential because of their unique structures, but no one really goes there because it’s not central.

I remember back before everyone started landing at the lonely fragment east building, me and my friends always landed there and called it chad. also can we all agree that mirage voyage was S+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

@@littlederpjunior1476 fr i think the hacking is the reason all my servers got screwed up. i also think they just need to do something with the series in general, like a 3rd entry with integration to apex would be fantastic. but if they do they need to keep it faithful to the series still.
The pit has a 25% chance of having purple armour in the middle (i think)
I only got to play in bridges during the second anniversary event and i loved it the most
Geyser was my favorite place to land when I started the game
I’ve had a game end on ship fall. It was AMAZING. I ended up reviving my friend with a mobile beacon while the two other teams fought to the death and there was a care package next to us so she can grab a weapon and armor. We ended up winning bc we got high ground
It’s such a terrible POI for early game, but in endgame it’s so much fun
You should rank everything finisher in apex!
The last game I played before sorting factory was replaced I won without ever leaving it. It somehow managed to never be out of ring and in the end with 2 squads left it was still on sorting witch I thought was a nice send off to an amazing POI
I really like Pit because it was the first place I ever dropped in Apex so I have lots of nostalgia for it

Fuel depot is amazing, the harvester has no loot, no one drops there and it’s like a magnet mid game, that repels players and it feel awful to play in and around

Honestly my only problems are the D tiers, survey camp, overlook, drill site, and a B tier trials.
Survey, overlook, and drill site were good locations if you wanted a peaceful landing with no people, and trials, how many times do I have to say this, “Prowlers aren’t hard to kill or annoying.” And you get great loot like gold backpack.
Macro: in ranks I land at the tree a lot, Everyone watching: well I know where I’m landing

Survey Camp is the place you go when you respawn a teammate nearby and they need loot.
Best POI In each map imo:
King's canyon : Skulltown (currently: crash site)
World's Edge : Capitol City (currently: Fragment east)
Olympus : Estate or gardens
Storm Point : checkpoint
I'd argue Storm Point has Barometer as best poi though I'd honestly pick Checkpoint if I'm jumpmaster.

Apex grows up so fast
Gonna add this here since Macro forgot it: I think Big Maude is a solid S or at least an A tier spot. (No, I'm not saying this just cause I'm a Rampart main). I think the loot is good and fights there are fun. There's also the modded weapons which are really good. It's only downside imo is that it's so far to the edge of the map. I think it should've been next to fragment.

Man only a C tier for my favorite POI (Grow towers) does not justify how simple and it’s great for the simple minded like me. Most people only think the towers are good but the area with all the house cubes is also a greasy landing spot.
Market its A tier for me just for the good rotations and the good old memories
