Love your energy, excitement and your hype is just awesome. One thing I know is that soy sauce has salt in it, my guess is that it would be wise to leave out salt if you're going to use soy sauce but if one wishes to use both, it's best you start off with soy sauce and check for the saltness in the food then you can tell how much salt you need to add. Keep up with good work.
