Rising Tank is a title given to new heroes who are competing to take over the Contender Tank position. Or a hero who has been around for a long time, and was once on the list of top (Rising) tank heroes. (or you could say their position can change almost every month)
💪 Contender Tank :
Contender Tank is a title given to Tank heroes who are quite strong and
quite popular among players, who often compete for Meta positions every month.
👑 Ultimate Tank :
Ultimate Tank is a title given to super strong (META) Tank heroes,
and their position is rarely changed every month.

Maybe there are some of you who don't agree with the list I have made. I'm okay with that, because as you all know there are a lot of new heroes in empires & puzzles throughout 2023, too many to check out one by one by just one person, but this is not a reason to make a wrong judgment. Therefore, I summarize them based on the assessments I have made from month to month during 2023. However, I'm sure there will be errors, but hey, I've said in the video description that this list is not 100% accurate, so you can share your opinion Regarding the best tank according to your version here, I'd love to hear it.
I still can't believe they blundered Ludwig in SE for 15. I loved him from the beginning - always avoided him and the the LB2 came along.. then they decided to kill him but we fought back and instead they released like 100 stronger heroes to shut whales but for c2p he remains the strongest asset...
Placing Ludwig on the Soul Exchange for 15 heroes is proof that developers don't understand the value of the heroes they create.
(or it could be that they made it to entertain players and wanted them to stay longer in this game) LOL 😅😂
@@AeonGaming I'm pretty sure they fired whoever decided to give it a go and I'm also sure they will never repeat that mistake - that's why SEs are so underwhelming ever since. *maybe except Arco - but it's not like you see Arco everywhere - unlike Ludwig..
and also 15 is more affordable for many people. in fact Ludwig was worth to get rid of even some 4/80s that people were not using that's how influential he is

I just hate how I can't get any of these characters. I have spent 1000 dollars on this game just to get a bunch of 3 star guys
I've even heard of someone who spent up to 3000 USD, but didn't get any legendary heroes other than classic and HOTM.
I think that's how Zynga is, where the summon system is too crappy.
Yup. I got 4 Leadria this last 2 weeks spending to get a featured Christmas hero. Already got 2 Fated Summons in that span as well and nope… no new Christmas hero. My new years resolution is not to give any more money to this game.
There's no way Basett is a better task than Ukkonen, no way!
I'm not saying Ukkonen is weak, but keep in mind this is a list of the strongest tanks in 2023.
Most likely Ukkonen has the potential to become the strongest tank in 2024.
Also, you have to consider during the time that Bastet was a tank. She was dominant in defense team for a while.
People forget that this is a list of 2023. Not just current heroes.

Are the red hood heroes good or not? Because 100 summons complete and I select these heroes. Because I need a fire element
My costume Finley revies for 4 rounds . 90 skill . Heros that have a counter attack or revive should be on this list
That's Negative. NO hero revives for 4 rounds. He probably DID revive for 4 rounds a match or 2, but that's not part of his attribute(s).
Meresank and Aramis over Phorcys? That's unbelievable!! How is that possible?
My Finley revies at the start of each of the first 4 rounds if he is dead . That's how the game works . If you dispell the 90 power it reactivate at the start of the next round . And it can last longer then 4 rounds but I have just said too much on that shhh don't tell
Actually, there are a lot of heroes, and sometimes their scores are only slightly different from those on the list. (This list was created based on my assessment every month during 2023, however this list is not 100% correct, some input would also be very good.)

Obakan is ranked 23rd.
Basket shouldnt be in top 5 but somewhere below in top 15

How is black knight not on here?
Actually, 70% of this list is filtered based on the list of top heroes that I make every month throughout 2023. And during that time, I didn't find any players who used the Black Knight as a tank in the attack or defense team. However, I'm not saying the Black Knight is a bad tank, just based on relevance, he hasn't been used much this year, so it wouldn't be wise if I included him in the list of the best tanks for 2023, even though he was never on the list. Myoni after bastet?
Actually, wherever you look at it, Myoin-ni is very promising and is indeed the best tank. However, Bastet and Myoin-ni only differ by 1 point in defense. You could say that Myoin-ni has the potential to become the best tank in 2024.
@AeonGaming I mean, the current meta suggests the most painful tanks are ukk luna and myoni. Then you also have smart brim etc. I mean just talking about top 100. So some of them in the list surprised me. Nonetheless, thanks for your videos. They are very, very helpful. Youre a gem for putting the effort. Cheeers!

I also thought he would be on the tank list, but after reviewing it, he is more suited to Flank.

it's not very wise to put a reviver hero as your tank. If they get killed off immediately, the utility that they were placed in the team for will be wasted.
You want them as wings, so that they slowly build mana. By the time you kill the wings and flanks, you're hoping that the reviver hero will bring the defeated allies back. They are not meant to be tanks.
Phorcys is better than Ludwig
In some cases yes, but based on the survey and assessment I made. He leans in and is more suited as Flank.
