This status is only obtained by heroes who have never been
on the list of best heroes, but suddenly become the rising or contender hero rank.
4. Black Horse :
This status is only obtained by heroes who have never been
on the list of best heroes, but suddenly become the Ultimate Hero rank

Why is the order not following the overall score? Sorry if I missed the explanation?
Yes, because the score of these heroes is the overall skill of the individual. However, to be included in the top heroes list, individual skills + hero composition are taken into account. That's pretty much the simple answer.
I have....5 of these lol. Cant for the life of me pull a 5* goblin, hathor, sha wujing or phorcys lol
You have to go 40 - 70 pulls at least. Pull as fast as you can(by clicking the screen to speed up the summon animation and then click new summon button again) . It is better to use summon coins for 15 summons then use 10X summon(2600/3200 jewels) and use 15 more summons from coins and then another 10x summon. Remember to click through them as soon as possible.
Also Pull on the first 2 days only of a new Summon Family portal. Pull in the morning around 8:30am - 11am. Summons with 10x summons for 2600 and 4 or more days are easier to get 5 star heroes.

I personally just by the 200gems for $0.99 deal. it's technically the best deal in the game (at least back when I used to be good now idk)
