Как электромонтажник скажу, что допущено очень много косяков. Если перечислить все, то будет целый список. Вкратце. Кабели изначально неправильно выставлены. На каждую жилу кабеля одевается термоусадка и усаживается. Место соединения подгоняется в одну линию, а не под углом. После опресовки и усадки жил не надо сильно перегибать и перекручивать. Экраны кабелей надо соединять медными перемычками соответствующего диаметра в зависимости от сечения кабеля, а не использовать сеточку для штукатурки. Перемычки крепятся не сантехническими хомутами а широкими луженными лентами. Фен надо использовать для такого кабеля белее мощный, а этот годится только для кабелей связи. Эти лишь часть косяков.

Wow!!! You need to put glass tape then rubber tape and vinyl tape after that heat rink tube to protect and not get water inside the lugs
Good work buttttt...here is few my advices for future:1.Allways heat tubes from the middle to the end including smaller isolation tubes and do it with flame!2.Allways clean with medicin alcohol or cleaning petrol all wirers and part of cable isolation at the end that final isolation tube is covering!

There is no way that is 300 square millimetre cable. The figure should refer to the cross sectional area of each conductor, because it tells you how much current each conductor can handle.

Have you any idea about flexible ferrule..? i need for 185sqmm PCRD cable which continuously reel/unreel on drum. Above type of non flexible ferrule & insulation getting break or bend during operation.

Se quel cavo va interrato è consigliabile usare un giunto a base di resina, per evitare l'umidità altrimenti rischia di andare in corto alla prima pioggia. Quel tipo di giunzione non è a tenuta stagna.
