I can't help but play Maiden with my drumming perspective. I try to capture a lot of the things that discerning drummers may hope I catch but also leave room for improv.

Been returning to this and many other of your vids on and off for years man, this is probably still my favourite medley you've done. The arrangement and overall phrasing throughout is fantastic, and that final part was genius the way you brought Rime back into the mix as an outro. the drumming on that album is pretty bland for the most part
Poopy Joe blame Clive Burr
I think Burr was the better drummer for Maiden
burr couldn't vacuum the saw dust from mcbrains sticks when it comes to playing the drums
Clive was more punchy, precise and driving.
Nicko was better technically but he was all over the place and never played a song the same twice. Not in a bad way
But personally i prefer Clive

Incredible work. The bridge section of ROTAM from 5:37 on is amazing. This is where the drummer must keep very tight time to back the band. Amazing timing here and brilliant overall...thank you for sharing!

Hey Josh. I really appreciate your work and this has become one of my favourites. At first I wanted to say how awesome were some parts but in the end, whole 14 minutes were awesome, I had to rewatch some parts a few times. It takes some time to get used to the double bass but it is just a matter of taste and you do it very well!
