I would day Germany is the best place to study, since it’s affordable. After schools you can always explore job applications in Germany including other eu countries

Ok, so if you know anyone who is a resident of Germany they may give you that letter. The individual has to request for that form the imigration in their city. You will then use the letter for your visa interview instead of block account. In summary if someone gives you that letter, then they have vowed to take care of you during your stay in Germany
