Richa ma'am..yash bhai k bahut se videos dekhe... rona aa gaya..mere sath bhi kuch aisa hi hua tha.....it was the terrible phase of 3 years..like your family there was full on support of family members..i can relate exactly the same way..there were tears ..fights..but the only difference is it was not my brother and there were no rehabs....will keep it a secret n will disclose one day...will power gave the strength in our case..

Anyway, it's my mistake. I'm also an alcoholic since the past 8 months. Someone who drinks on a daily basis. Now, I haven't drank since Sunday night (30th July) as that night everything changed for worse. Now, I haven't gone for drinking since the past 2 days. I hope, ab se na jau peene. At this stage, I can't say, hamesha ke liye chhod dunga ya chhod hi dunga. It's now or never. Today, it's the 3rd day. Tried many times to quit, but couldn't. But now, quitting it, by hook or crook is the only option for me. So, cold turkey it is.

Bro i'm not an alcoholic and never wanted to drink coz i'd drink from morning to till late night that's why maujhe sharab se dar lagta h kyu ki iske karan maine bahut problems jhele h leki maine firse 28 july ko pi diya or aaj 6 din ho gaye i'm on the process of withdrawaling lekin itna assan nahi h bhaiyyo 5 din se din raat pi raha tha vo bhi ekdam nit without no foods or snacks lekin abhi m bahut mushkil daur se ghujar raha hu kyo ki alcohol withdrawal k symptoms itne khtrnak hote h 3 din se soya nahi hu kyo ki anxiety, hallucinations, ji khbra raha h sota hu to itne bhure sapne aate h koi mujhe maar raha h vo bhi ajib tarah k log fir m ghbra k uth jata hu lekin maine kasam khali kuch bhi hojaye ab nahi to nahi zindagi bhar tak 😢 mera current situation m hi samajh skta hu bas mai kehna chahta hu bhaiyyo daru se kabhi kisi ko benefit nahi hota sirf pareshani or agar aap occasionally drink karte ho to thik h but daily or excessive drinker kabhi mat banna kyu ki consequences bahut bhure hota h.y

I am not alcohol addict. But mobile phone addict. I don't destroy my liver, but destroy my brain. And as a student I can't afford it to be destroyed.
You can quit alcohol forever but how you quit phone. It seems impossible.
Nothing is impossible..I spent 135 days once and 123 days 2nd time without phone in rehabilation center..Before going to rehabilation center I thought that I can't live one day without my phone,bt I live..Nothing is impossible..1st change your mindset than U can do anything..
@@bidyutmandal7630 The problem is these days almost everything happens on phone. My collage notification, feeling of exam forms. Books and so many things that you can't leave. If I leave my phone for one day. I might miss my exam or ay important message in my college WhatsApp group.

Friends, it's not difficult to quit any habit when someone close to your heart says no to any particular bad habit. However, when a little child says, 'Dad, please stop it,' then you think a hundred times. I don't think any rehabilitation center can provide such kind of medication or counseling..!!
